OMSLA - Brief History
Olympiad Math and Science Learning Academy Indonesia (OMSLA) is a student-led organization dedicated to cultivate tomorrow's future scientists and mathematicians across the archipelago. Founded in 2023 by Jonathan Elbert Chandra, Nicholas Andrison, and Osten Cristo Harianto, the organization has now expanded to 20+ student tutors, each earning consistent medal awards every competitions and experts at their preferred subjects. We invite every student to embrace academic challenges throughout their journey as we equip them with the tools they need to excel in national and international Olympiad arenas.
OMSLA's vision is to become Indonesia's premier student-led academy for Olympiad Mathematics and Science, shaping young learners with the discipline, insight and curiosity to lead in a rapidly evolving world. Likewise, our mission is to empower students from diverse backgrounds throughout Indonesia to participate in and succeed at Olympiad-level competitions, as well as to foster a community of learners, coaches and alumni committed to continuous improvement, collaboration and innovation.
